Feature Requests

It would be very helpful to be able to create sub-folders within patients' files. Right now, any uploaded files are just in the singular folder, but it would be much easier if we could create subfolders - e.g. Lab results, Consultation notes, etc.

Placing a DISCLOSURE area in Demographics on who we can and cannot speak with about patient.

A Referral interaction so we can keep all referrals in one place.

Color Coding for whether a patient is up to date with payments on their account so we can let physician know whether or not to refill medications.

Adding section on what type of O2 Sat is whether air, oxygen, walking, sitting, standing for referrals to DME for Oxygen.

the full date should populate on the patient chart > interactions for past note. Quote - I'm in my patient's chart, and I wanted to see when she last had an ear infection. As you can see in screenshot below, I can see Nov 22, but I can't see the year. The only way I can tell that it was 2023 and not 2024 is because I pasted a secure message that was dated. Might be worth to have Nov 22, 2023, or 11/22/23."

Add OBGYN history field to the patient chart in Hint Clinical for information such as last menstrual period

"Is there a better way to organize files that were uploaded? For example, we are adding files from the old EMR such as lab results, and charting history. Other than titling them in an intuitive way [before the files are uploaded], are we able to sort them and file them in categories?"

All-in-one: Limit the need to download patients' information in clinical. The current workflows require patient information to be downloaded to your computer and then re-uploaded in order to move it (i.e. forms, files, faxes, patient chart info). Practices want to limit the about of personal information they have to download to their computers (i.e. they don't want to have a bunch of patient hippa info on their computers, and find it time-consuming to have to go into their computers and constantly delete them).

When working within Hint, if I search for a patient and find that they are not a patient in the system, I would like to be able to add a patient without manually leaving the window I am in. For example, please allow me to create a chart for a patient when I receive a fax for someone who is not yet a patient (a referral especially). OR if someone calls in and my receptionist is looking for a time to schedule - when the are scheduling the patient they can't create a new patient from the calendar screen. Any place you can search for a patient, you should be able to click to create a new patient if the desired patient is not found.
