Feature Requests

Currently there is only a global 'Collect Broker' online signup setting, and its options are 'No', 'Optional', and 'Require'. We want to be able to make this setting required for certain signup pages, but not others. We are working with a group of brokers that will be selling our services to individuals, and we want to be able to track which individuals were referred to BowTie by a broker. There are currently 180 active brokers that would be selling BowTie Guardianship to individuals. The problem with configuring the "required" option on the global sign up page settings is that we have individuals coming to our site to sign up with no broker affiliation. The only option available today is to generate a customized signup URL for each broker.

My broker commission schedule for all deals is 5% for all members for the 1st year of the deal, then 3% after 1 year. It would be nice to set this as my default commission schedule for all employer deals (like I can for retail). Currently, I have to manually add the 3% rate change when creating any new employer deal.

We have it set up where one sales broker will get commissions for the first year, and then transfer to our quality team. I would like to be able to set the sales broker's deal to end after 12 months, and create a deal for our quality team to start in 12 months.

Currently, when creating a new broker deal for a company & choosing the rate, the dropdown of rate options shows all historical commission rates that have ever been used. We don't need all of them in there.

Requesting the ability to change the name from "Broker" to something else. If we want them to pick one of our "brokers", but we want to use a different name. Is that possible to adjust?

In other words, a way to undo ending a deal. I was told to end the deal of a broker for 6/27/2025 but then told that we need to keep paying him for the month of July. It would be nice to have a way to fix this so he's still tied to all his previous members.

Sometimes, users mistakenly add the wrong broker deal to a membership. Currently, there is not a way to delete a broker deal from a membership - this requires assistance from engineers.

There is no way to do this today. Currently, when a user adds a rate change to a broker account's retail commission schedule, this retail commission rate would only go into effect for deals created after the date of the rate change. Existing deals' rates would stay the same.

Currently, commissions for employer deals cannot be handled at the employee level. Commission can only be tracked for all active employees enrolled in a company
