Ability to customize automating the upload of interactions to a patient's portal. Rather than individual selection of uploading an interaction to the patient portal, be able to do this in bulk or customize automations to do this automatically.

I came here to make a similar feature request and what I wanted was an opportunity to have a setting to have a default answer- its so annoying to click notify or dont notify for everything.
