Feature Requests

Patients need to be able to see their upcoming appointments and cancel and reschedule from the portal - this is a basic function that would reduce my front desk work load dramatically. Please add :)

Ability to allow the patient to upload previous medical documents

Texts and emails are not PHI compliant on the patient end. Need patient portal to have a traditional patient communication process

I would like an option to have an automated email go to a patient after an office encounter thanking them for their visit and inviting them to complete a Google Review. I have a FFS option in addition to membership and this would help me generate business.

I'd like to know if there is a way to not display certain appt types to our members via the patient portal. We have a couple of appt types that don't pertain to our members are for people who are interested in learning more about our membership

I like the way that forms and questionnaires are set up in Hint Clinical because it gives us (practice) the flexibility to have patients sign in appropriate ways, check boxes, etc. I wish that this approach was true for signing documents during initial patient enrollment/sign-up. During enrollment, patients can only acknowledge by checking a box or signing, which severely limits the interaction.

The Calendar Icon on the portal page does not really look like a calendar and is not obvious to patients

Hint should have their own video conferencing platform (or include/integrated version of Zoom, etc).

Under the memberships tab in the patient portal - the monthly fee is pulling the registration fee amount over for members instead of the monthly fee when the monthly fee is set to $0

This may be more for peds. Many of my patient's parents like to see the full growth chart after the visit. It would be nice if I could just make the growth chart visible on the portal and direct them there. It is a bit cumbersome to share as things are set up now: I have to download each individual growth chart (weight, length/height, head circumference) and then attach them to an email and send to families every time it is requested. The vital signs box does not include percentiles (most parents like to see the percentile), so I cannot just add the individual vitals to the portal
