I am an integrative medicine doctor and as such I have educational videos and educational handouts that I provide to all my patients. Right now i have to individually attach each handout to an email and send it to the pateint manually. I would love to be able to tell them to just login to the portal to download the resources but this portal has to be password protected for members only. I'm likely going to have to pay for a service to do this since hint doesn't offer it.

Ability to allow the patient to upload previous medical documents

I'd like to know if there is a way to not display certain appt types to our members via the patient portal. We have a couple of appt types that don't pertain to our members are for people who are interested in learning more about our membership

Most patients have the expectation of being able to message their provider securely, request medication refills, and see labs and vitals trends in a patient portal.

Currently, there is no setting to allow patients to view the portal but prevent them from editing their information. By default, patients with portal access can edit: Phone numbers Email addresses Addresses Payment information They cannot edit more sensitive fields like: Names Date of birth SSN Practice would like the ability to turn off any editing access.

Allow multiple emails for patients so that each parent can login with a seperate email address

Currently, when a patient adds a new payment source, they have to check the box next to the 'Use this payment source to pay past due invoices' option. SpecialDocs would like to have this box always checked by default because patients tend to overlook it.

Would be nice to have an upload option so we can easily receive labs and other items patients might wish to upload

MyCHN Concierge Access is now offering a weight loss program and they want to allow their primary care members to purchase a month's supply of the weight loss medication directly from their patient portal. They don't want to have to manually create & charge invoices & manually add recurring charges to memberships. Since Hint can't support this, they have to use a separate platform, but they would like to use Hint to keep all charges in one place

Allow patients to view upcoming appointments on the portal as well as change/cancel those appointments.
