I would like the ability to assign a fax to a specific provider for review.

Add option for SMS auto-response

With the workflows for health maintenance or vaccines, it would be so helpful to have the option that "Patient Declined" so it will stop popping up as overdue and we can document that they were offered and declined.

In Hint Clinical > Communication > Lab Results, create the ability to assign a lab result to a task so it can be assigned to a provider to action.

All-in-One: Ability to assign tasks to multiple people. Right now tasks can only be assigned to one person, practices want/ need the ability to assign one tasks to several different people/users

Ability to edit/ move the calendar widget on the Dashboard in clinical. Practices want to be able to move the calendar widget on the dashboard some don't want it on the right. And they want to be able to move it and resize it

When a practice user shares a chart item with a patient and chooses to notify them, the SMS currently reads "You have a message from [Hint user's name]." Request: allow practices to customize this notification text, or at minimum show the practice name instead (e.g., "You have a message from [Practice Name]") so patients see the practice rather than an individual staff member.

Sync Allergies to DoseSpot

In SMS conversations, display which staff member sent each outgoing message. I think this would make conversations much easier to follow for both staff and patients.
