Just had a follow up question on the med duplication process that is being improved currently. We are finding that when the new medication is prescribed, the entire history of the patient's old prescription for the same name of medication is being wiped out, even if the dosage or instructions have changed. It would be much more helpful if the older prescription moves into the discontinued section rather than completely deleting it. We oftentimes are tracking the changes and dosage, as well as when we started the medication in the med list that way. Having it completely removed from the system makes it impossible for us to track that history without going back to each individual prescription that was sent in the past.

Show patients' prescription history from all of their prescribed medications (from other providers/practices) in Hint. Practices need to see a list in Hint of all medications prescribed to a patient (outside of their practice).

You can archive a medication in Hint Clinical > Medications, but you can not fully delete the med from the archived list.

Would love for an MA to be able to enter meds into the inventory without having full admin access!

Be able to place the medications on a patient's Medication History in Dose Spot to the patient's Clinical chart in Hint under Active or Inactive meds.

For patient safety and medicolegal purposes, providers need to actively endorse or confirm selection for 'No active allergies' (better yet: 'No reported allergies') with date last updated, rather than that being the default selection if no medication allergies are listed - this helps both primary and collaborating providers to know if 'No allergies' is actually current/correct or first needs to be asked before prescribing, etc.

Alert to medication allergies when prescribing in-house medications

Would like the ability to print prescription bottle labels since we internally dispense with all the rx info present: med, dose, instructions, exp date, etc. Currently the label feature only prints name and dob.

Add "Today" Clickable option to Start/Stop medication dates...so save time for typing out the date each time. For starting meds- could just default to todays date.

Requesting that when you're working through the many pages of inventory in Hint Clinical > Medications, that when you archive a medication that it doesn't take you back to page 1, but keeps you on the page that you were working on/looking at before archiving the one medication.
