Include the date in the file name for customized reports

currently files arrive as YYYYMMDDHHMMSS / public_{file_name}.csv For customized files where only one file is sent the request to have the date in the file name so: public_{file_name}_YYYYMMDD.csv

Add the Flagged Note field to the Data Exporter

We had a request from our client services team to add the 'Flagged Note' Field from the Advanced: Patient Status Export report to our dashboards.
