Ability to show that patient has "arrived/checked in" and "room number" and "checked out"

When clicking on the day view for a specific provider to create an appointment, automatically assign the correct provider instead of the user that is creating the calendar event.

Allow notes from google calendar to populate within Hint. It would be extremely helpful. At least to just be able to edit in the Hint calendar for imported items would help. I end up having to look at both calendars in order to schedule things and is not exactly an efficient way to work."

More flexibility with appointment reminder times

If a calendar has an existing event/appointment on the calendar on a specific date/time, notify the user that is creating a new calendar event/appt at the same time that there is an existing calendar event that overlaps with this.

Would like to be able to see appointment details by hovering over the scheduled item instead of having to click on it.

Limit the ability to allow for double booking appointments for appointments or display a confirmation notification that there is a conflict with the scheduling on the calendar when a second appointment is scheduled at the same time as another appointment

Our time blocks are 10 min a piece and as we schedule our patients it starts to overlap the appointments and becomes disorganized.

Add virtual link to SMS reminder in Calendar 2.0

Provider would like to be able to move the appointment box, during creation, to be able to view the calendar and make the appointment at the same time.
