In the patient demographics section of a patient profile, i would like a banner or a place to add what family member is connected to another. This would be so we could keep track of memberships and change them once a family member leaves and becomes inactive

We are migrating all of our patient payment data to CERBO and want access to patient agreements. With the current system set up, I will have to go into each individual patient chart, and find the document I'm looking for, download it to my computer, and then upload it to CERBO. This is very time consuming and would be helpful if patient agreements are just integrated to our CERBO EMR like their personal information does.

Ability to create custom user permissions. For example: blocking users from accessing the Employer section

On the employer section(Sponsorship), it would be very helpful to have a "marked as sent" option like we do for the retail side. As of right now its very difficult to see what invoices were sent, if they don't complete the hint acct.

Add option for patients to sign up by entering a coupon code rather than needing to send each patient a unique sign up URL. It would improve flow of providing coupons, and patients can easily distribute it to others without needing to remember the URL.

Option to add additional invoice notifications 3-days until due date

At the end of the day, we issue all the draft invoices from the day. We need the ability to "hold" an invoice. Our staff knew that the patient wasn't ready to pay the draft invoice, but when our staff went through and issued all the draft invoices, it showed the payor because of the way invoices get sent to the "payor", so the staff member didn't realize it was for the dependent on the plan and issued the invoice. So then she had to refund it to the patient. It would be useful to have a "hold" status on the invoice that can be applied to notify a user that an invoice shouldn't be drafted.

Since admins can't adjust which emails go to which person, this creates alarm fatigue and ignored emails. Allowing individual employees to pick and choose which emails (by unsubscribing) will cause more problems than it would solve. As I've said before, this needs to be an admin function, so the emails can be assigned as needed by the people who know which emails are important for each role. Not a new employee who has no idea. This is typically the purpose of admin accounts.

Sponsors (employers) typically alert you that they would like to cancel / not renew several months ahead of time. It'd be helpful to schedule out their cancelation ahead of time (ie 'cancel this account in 3 months). Currently you have to put a reminder on your calendar and cancel the account manually at the time of non-renewal.
