Practices selling GLP-1/compounded meds sourced from an external pharmacy need a patient-initiated reorder flow. Today the workflow requires staff to manually create invoices and/or maintain many duplicated charge items (different vial sizes, ship vs pickup), and medication items can be “locked” (hard to edit/delete), causing clutter and pricing maintenance issues.

Proposed solution

Add a patient-facing reorder + payment experience (like a lightweight storefront / pay-link / reorder portal) that:

Lets patients select a pre-approved medication/item (and optionally choose ship vs pickup).

Collects payment without staff generating an invoice.

Automatically creates an internal order task/queue item and notifies staff to place the external pharmacy order.

Supports configurable shipping fee and/or rules (ship vs pickup).

Does not require using Hint Clinical medication directions/Rx workflow if the practice only wants a billable line item.
