For the board to update automatically and not have to refresh every time a new patient is added.

It would be very convenient if the system would automatically refresh. When a patient checks in, their chart could appear on the calendar across the board to the entire team in the office without having to manually refresh. It would be a lot easier to keep track of patients checking in.
