Feature Requests

For tracking and reporting purposes it would be beneficial to be able to categorize memberships under more specified/customized membership categories. All memberships presently fall under the Membership category, but the practice would like the ability for further categorization.

It's creating awkward moments on calls, since staff can't tell if the caller is still on the line while waiting for the prompt to be accepted.

it makes a difference if a kid is 15mo or 18mo so would be helpful to continue the change from 0-12 (thank you!) through 24 months

When logged into Hint and sending SMS for Clinical patients on mobile phone, the Hint help button partially blocks the send text button. It would make it easier to have the ability to move the Hint Help icon button.

A dashboard or reports that easily outline new memberships, restarts, and canceled memberships during a date range so we can easily view or calculate churn.

Needs the ability to add vaccines as a series (not just individually), and needs the ability to add their administration date MM/DD/YYYY. Children's Vaccines need to be listed in order, and down to the exact say in order for them to be reliable ( b/c for children's vaccines if you are off by even 1 day they are not considered valid by the CDC)

Is there a way for faxes to be imported so the text is readable by AI / able to be copied and pasted?"When I receive a faxed specialist note, I want to use AI to read the note, so that I can generate a concise summary".

When multiple Hint tabs are open in the user's internet browser and a fax is opened up from the "Incoming Faxes" notification list, it removes the fax from the notification list even if it was not actioned or marked as complete. This does not happen when there is just one Hint tab open in the user's internet browser.

It isn't clear to a patient who is logging into the patient portal that it is a patient portal as it doesn't say this anywhere on the page
