Add Health Maintenance Section to Patient Info

In the same section as medical history/ meds/ vaccines etc, it would be nice to have an area where we could document patient's health maintenance (ex. date of last mammogram/ pap/colonoscopy/PSA - and when next due) so that we don't have to search the patient's notes to find that information.

I would like to see a tab for Qualty Metrics that keeps tracks and maybe even flags when they are do for things such as (PAP, HPV test, Mammogram, Colon cancer screenin, prostating cancer screening, Immunizations due, ASVCD screening due yearly, Smoking Sensation & Alcohol questionair yearly. ECT it would be very nice and to have it pull over into charting as well.

Hi everyone! We’re currently designing support for task-based workflows, including checklists, health maintenance, and chronic care management. We’ve linked a prototype below so you can see the experience in action.
We’d love your feedback to help us understand whether this aligns with your clinical workflows, where it fits naturally, and what may be missing. Looking forward to hearing what would make this genuinely useful in practice!

This is critical! Happy to help develop it if needed : )

Kara Keefe totally Agree! I am having a hard time with my workflow without it. It is essential for any EMR to have this as a basic feature.

It is crucial in primary care to track things like last pap, mammo, colon cancer screening, etc. It would be helpful to have a place for these in the chart. It would be even better if we could run reports on the last time these things were done and who was over-due.
