Once patient has moved to checked out, it would be nice if they could "gray out" so we were able to tell that they are no longer in clinic.

It would be SUPER helpful if we could somehow put room numbers or have that ability on the calendar. We have had a system before where once pt was arrived we could select from options that the pt was arrived or in waiting room and then once roomed we could have it labeled as "Room 1, etc" that was definitely nice to know where the pt's were. Its not a huge deal that we don't know that but if that could be added in the future I think that would help us out a lot.

Patients are always asking via text to confirm. Or either showing up for the appointment when we have it down for a telehealth or expecting a phone call when we have it down as in-person.

Autosave as you're typing tasks AND allow multiple tasks to open at once

It would be great if forms could be pushed to and completed in the patient portal

Can we make the social history and family history free-text? I just want to write “Father passed at 50 from MI”..I dot want to have to search an ICD10 code for a family history. Same for social history. I don’t want to have to type a question and then answer. I just want to free-type it. Would be helpful to have a “preventive maintenance” free-text also. When I click to add my own “other” box where I can free-text this, the formatting does not come through and instead it is all one run-on sentence. It’s not easy to follow or read. Thank you. I have auto-invoicing set for the last day of the month, but the employer side lacks the filtering options available on the member side. Currently, the only filter is Issued , which includes both unpaid and paid invoices. Adding filters for statuses such as Draft, Sent, and Issued would make invoice management much more efficient. On the member side, notifications show when invoices were sent and when patients opened/clicked them. The employer side doesn't provide that visibility.
