How can I get a report of patients that have not been seen.. I am noticing if
the patient hasn’t been a member for longer that 3 months they are not showing
up on these reports.

On the main tab of the Advanced: Appointments report, if you scroll to the bottom of the page you’ll see a table called “Patients with No Appointments”
