We're beta-testing Charge Item Coupons, which let you create a coupon for one-

time charges and apply it at the front desk, on an invoice, or let patients

enter the code themselves when they buy online.

* Create a coupon under and set the Coupon Type to . Choose a percent or dollar amount off.

* Apply it when you create or edit a charge. Pick from your list of coupons or type in the code, and you'll see how much the patient saved before you save.

* Patients can enter a code on your online checkout pages using "Have a discount code?"

* Invoices and invoice PDFs show the coupon on the line, the original price struck through, and a "Coupon savings" line in the totals.

* You can remove a coupon from a charge any time before the invoice is issued.
