Currently, the report only reflects these numbers on a monthly billing basis, but we invoice on an annual basis, so seeing annual rate data would be more useful for us.

Make the Vaccines section on patient face sheets easier to read/more compact The new vaccine update makes giving patients their vaccine records far too busy and difficult to read/understand. I've attached what the old version looked like - clean and organized, vs the new one looks like (and how it takes up way more space than necessary)

The icon makes hitting the send button when texting patients a pain. Alternatively, option to disable it for one's practice users completely.

Be able to save website URLs for contacts on Hint Clinical > Contacts page for a contact

Since patients can only get reminders 72 hour prior to an appointment they frequently email asking when patients upcoming appointment is scheduled. It would be helpful if the portal listed the appointment.

Currently, the practice bills employer based memberships on an annual basis. However, rather than bill once for patients added, they need to bill annually on a monthly basis, depending on the month the patient was enrolled. Meaning, any new patients that come in that month are billed for an annual amount as they come in per month.

Coastal Maine Direct Care: Ability for the SMS page in communications to default to the user's number instead of the practice number. Currently, the SMS text communications section defaults to showing texts to the practice number, and providers have to switch to their user number to see messages sent to them from their patients. It would be nice to have it auto default to it being each user's individual number on the SMS communications screen so they don't have to keep switching.

Currently, when a coverage plan is setup it applies to all patients under a specific plan. The practice would like to be able to only apply this to specific patients under a plan.
