I agree with this. Anything you can send from HINT, email, SMS, Fax, etc...should be able to document "incoming" in HINT as well. That currently works with SMS and Fax, but not email. This is exactly why we primarily use SMS for communication with our patients.

Agree. I also think patients should be able to email a designated email address that goes to Hint clinical and is logged as email interaction. Sometimes patients want to email and attach things not text.

Agree, especially since the communications got separated from the clinical interactions page - there is less clutter in the chart so it is easier to see messages.
