All in One: Ability for faxes to have a letterhead. When a practice sends a fax they want the option to include a All in One: Ability for faxes to have a letterhead on that fax.

Would like to see the ability for the us to have one location to see the all of the last 6 months blood pressures and trend them or all the last 6 months Hgb and trend them.

Have the ability to trend vitals over time. Particularly BP, weight, heart rate etc.

As a provider, when allergies are pre-populated as suggestions, it is easy to mistake them as having been entered as real allergies. Pre-populated allergies are not helpful and can cause harm to the patient.

since the copilot was refreshed, the formatting gets lost when I copy and paste. Can you please fix that and put the copy button back in there as that preserved the formatting? See screenshot in the message thread

Currently, you can only attach files to a fax from the practice files. Requesting the ability to attach files from the patient's files as this feature would be very useful. Files on patient's charts are saved in the patient's files section and not the practice files section.

Allow bidirectional lab data not only to come in as a PDF but also as structured data that can be organized, trended, searched, etc

Ability to pull a report for the appointment types booked each month

Patients need to be able to see their upcoming appointments and cancel and reschedule from the portal - this is a basic function that would reduce my front desk work load dramatically. Please add :)
