Ability to have a patient's medication history report in Veradigm pull/ automatically upload the prescription medications into the patients 'Medications' list on their patient chart in Hint. Currently, they have to use this report and manually re-create them in the patient's chart and this can be time-consuming and practices want this process streamlined/automated.
