Ability to have a patient's medication history report in Veradigm pull/ automatically upload the prescription medications into the patients 'Medications' list on their patient chart in Hint. Currently, they have to use this report and manually re-create them in the patient's chart and this can be time-consuming and practices want this process streamlined/automated.

All-in-One: Faster way to e-prescribe to patients through Veradigm. The current process requires a lot of clicks, and is more time-consuming to send prescriptions through Veradigm. Practices would like to see this workflow improved, and become faster/ require less clicks

Thanks Kerri - we're in progress on a major update to the way medication history and reconciliation works. This process will take some time due to the regulatory requirements around certification and testing, but wanted you to know we're actively working on it.

I have a similar concern. When I am simply refilling a medication for the same diagnosis and same dosing instructions as previously, it appears that I have to go through the same lengthy process as if I were generating a new prescription from scratch.
