Waitlist built into online signup for providers that have reached their panel limit

Have a waitlist functionality built into the platform so that patients can sign onto a waitlist if a particular provider has reached their panel limit. A waitlist specific notification could potentially be built out as well that patients would receive to provide notice on their waitlisted status. This functionality would also provide the practice with a list of patients to contact when there is room available again on the providers panel.

Freedom Family Care, LLC: Wants the ability to have a waitlist for memberships (i.e. they are going to go live with a new membership plan in a couple of months, and it would be very beneficial to have patients be able to signup for the membership now, before it goes live)

We definitely need this feature, too. It should not be too hard...most universities have waitlists for classes and students are automatically enrolled when a spot opens up. Thank you!
