Ability to "undo" checking off a form from the communications screen. This is the only screen where I can assign a form to a patient so if I miss this it's a big hassle to enter the info manually or download and then upload the form to the patient's chart.

Alternatively, it would help if forms would be attached to the patient's chart even it it wasn't sent from the chart (for example, using a link). I can't send every form manually so I used link forms a lot.
