It would be great to get back that option to text someone directly from the Contact info. As of right now, if it isn't a patient, we have to copy the number, then go to SMS to paste and then send message. Let us know if there is an easier way. Thanks.

We’ve restored the SMS quick action button on the Contacts page, making it easy to start a text conversation with a contact in a single click. This reduces the need to copy and paste phone numbers and allows you to initiate an SMS directly from their contact record.
