Head circumference in inches, with conversion handled by Hint if needed

Manual conversion adds time, creates friction during busy visits, and increases the chance of data entry errors.

Requested outcome:

Let users enter Vitals in decimal pounds, total inches, and inch-based head circumference while Hint handles any needed conversions for display, trends, and growth charts.
