Would like to see an option for Patients to be able to respond to appointment reminders to confirm or request a new time. "Respond with Y to confirm your appointment, respond with N to request cancellation, respond with C to request a new appointment time, etc. "

AAn An interesting idea, though if you’re going to allow them to cancel, it would be important to me that my staff gets a list of those tthathat they can work through and reach back out to patients on cancellations.
