Docs are notorious for not completing all notes at the time of visit. We need to be able to see at a glance on the calendar which notes were not completed at the end of the day - currently I have to click through every single note manually.

I agree with these two requests, an indication on the appointment calendar when a note is complete or outstanding would be very helpful.

It's hard to remember which charts have been completed when documenting. I would love to not have to open every single one. Can we have a little dot, or changed color, or a little "c" once they're signed by the doctor? That is visible on just the calendar screen, weekly view?
