Show the 'Additional Notes' section in an appointment booking confirmation email (i.e. the email a practice gets when a patient books an appointment, they want to be able to see the 'Additional Notes' section that the patients filled out. Currently, they can only see the 'Additional Notes' section if they click on the appointment in their calendar.
