I agree! The names would help a lot. Some patients have the same initials, where we are growing it would be nice to glance at the schedule and see who we need to prepare for, everyone patient is different and has different needs.

This is a really important issue for our clinic. A portion of our planning is done by glancing at the day and seeing who is coming in. We know our patients by name and have a good idea of what an appointment with them will look like. Since ya’ll removed the full names from the calendar, we are having to click into each individual appointment multiple times a day trying to remember, who is coming in and what order and what point. This creates a lot of trouble for us an extra work. I understand that some clinics like only seeing initials or only appointment types, but I think this should be something that can be toggle or an option that can be turned on or off rather than something that we are forced to do.
