The practice has to collect the employer admin's email, create the employer in Hint, and trigger a unique invite email before the admin can log in and manage employees. Practices want a shareable link/QR code — usable on a flyer, in the lobby, or sent by the employer contact — that lets a prospective employer group create their sponsor account and begin adding employees, matching the retail patient self-signup experience they already have. Requested by a practice actively selling 10-life employer deals; they described the current email round-trip as the main point where deals stall ("I forgot to send you that person"). Note: practices may want a gate/approval step, since some DPCs are selective about which employer groups they take on.
