Clinician availability now shows directly on the calendar — unavailable hours are shaded and available times stay white, so staff can see at a glance when a clinician is working and schedule within their hours. Availability appears for a single clinician in the week and work week views, and for multiple clinicians at once in the day view.

Yes, and specifically:
Need ability to see the specific upcoming availability options on the calendar for particular appointment types when adding an event to book appointments on behalf of patients.
When going to book an appointment for a patient, you should be able to go to add the particular appointment type (which have different parameters of length, buffers, days of the week, etc) and see that there is availability on particular dates and then if you click on a date, see a drop down or visual of what those available time slots are.

If I have my schedule set a certain way so that patients can only schedule during certain times, can that be reflected on my calendar so that other providers can see when I'm accepting patients? Too many issues of patients getting put on times when I'm not seeing patients because it isn't easily visible unless I manually put blocks in.

Shade Provider Availability & Warn When Scheduling Outside Set Hours

We’d like the provider calendar to visually show available scheduling hours and to warn staff when scheduling outside those hours.
Proposed Functionality:
Shaded background on the provider’s calendar during times they are available for appointments, based on their set schedule.
Warning pop-up if a patient is scheduled outside of that provider’s available hours.
Ability to set this per provider so each calendar reflects their individual availability.
Why This Matters:
Prevents accidental scheduling during off-hours or unavailable times.
Speeds up scheduling by making available time slots visually obvious.
Eliminates the need for our current workaround of creating 10-minute “start” and “stop” appointment blocks to mark shifts.

Awesome to see this in progress. Make sure while the provider template becomes visible, it should still be possible to override and book outside of hours if desired. Perhaps with a warning

YES! We have a lot of problems with our receptionist not following our scheduling template for new patients - so while the people scheduling online are forced into the teplate - the receptionist is left to remember the template and can override it without any warning visual or othewise.
Please add a template view so reception can see where they should be scheduling what type of appointment.
