Currently, the Clinical forms report allows you to see form responses across your entire patient panel. When the same form is sent to a patient, there is no way to see the form report for just one patient. This is useful to see trend changes when a form is sent to the same patient.

Example: You send a PHQ-9 to the patient "John Smith" on 01/20/2021 and the same PHQ-9 form to the patient "John Smith" on 07/20/2021 (6 months later) and want to see the report of the patient's responses between the two submissions.
