Renew Refills at any time

It would be nice if there were a way to just click on an existing prescription and select a renew option, instead of having to issue a brand new Rx (which requires entry of all of the existing instructions and doubles the work). It seems like extra work for a common task that affects everyday work flow.

Also, why does it appear that dosespot is suddenly including the current fill in the number of refills allocated? Refills means "RE"-fill, not including the current fill.
