As of right now it seems that passthrough fees for memberships are automatically assigned to the memberships category, rather than a separate category that they can map with a QBO account. Practices would like to be able to map this to a separate category. We do have a "transaction fee" revenue category for the QBO integration, but it doesn't appear this applies to pass through fees, only fees taken on by the practice.
