We need a true Hint App for docs but at least a Hint app for communications for patients, which they can easily hop onto send those secure messages and emails, files, conduct a video call initiated by the doc, etc, rather than having to log in to their portal. The feature of the Chat and the SMS within the Hint chart is very limited for versatility and buy-in with patients. Would love to improve the Hint all in one concept by being able to replace Spruce but it's hard to beat the functionality of the phone number, autoreplies (business hours and after hours, vacation, etc), patients being able to secure video call and send files/photos, and being able to have people who are not yet clients (who are still prospective or one-off patients or are other businesses) text message or email the practice. For truly secure messaging, all people have to do is join the Spruce app, or they can choose sms and regular email.
