It would be better to have the most recent appt at the top and not the bottom of the list? (currently, it's in reverse chronological order).

Reorder with Last visit first! When viewing their last appointment, who wants to see the first time you saw them, then scroll threw their entire appointment history, to finally get to the date of the last appointment!
