The new DoseSpot integration (Rx Refills inbox) is great for refill requests, but when a pharmacy sends a prescription back for a correction or has a question, it doesn't show up there — it can only be seen by logging into DoseSpot and searching for it directly. As a result, staff sometimes don't know anything is pending until a patient calls saying the pharmacy is waiting to hear back from the doctor. Requesting that these "sent back"/correction/question messages route into the same medication refill inbox as refill requests, so everything pharmacy-initiated can be triaged from one place in Hint.
