Would like the ability to set a different default payment methods per plan (so someone could use HSA for DPC and credit card etc for an add on).

Hi there! We've excitingly just released this capability. Each membership can have a different default payment source. Simply click into the given membership and update which card is to be used on autopay under Pricing.
You can see which payment method is set to autopay for each membership directly in the patient’s Payment Methods tab.

This is a critical update for 2026 with HSA-eligible membership fees capped at $150/mo. DPC membership should be able to bill HSA up to $150/mo with additional "add-on" service memberships (weight loss, hormones, counseling, etc) billed to non-HSA payment method.
