Membership Cancellation Lead Time

Our practice requires 30 days notice prior to cancellation of any plan. This time is essential to allow us to transition patients from an active treatment plan to a maintenance plan they can perform on their own so they don't lose the progress they made with us. Need to allow us to configure the cancellation of plan to require a lead time prior to a cancellation becoming effective.

We contractually require a 30 day notice prior to termination, but by state law must allow online cancellation. There needs to be a way to enforce a cancellation lead time when initiated by a patient.
