If a patient has two phone numbers listed I'd like to be able to easily discern which number I'm texting/messaging via Chat. This is needed for pediatric patients for whom I communicate both with mom and dad - I have both mom and dad's numbers but when either texts me I cannot tell who is texting me because the messages are both labeled under the pediatric patient. So when entering the phone number in the patient chart creating a label like "mom" "dad" "grandma" etc would be incredibly helpful!
