I don't understand how this is still an outstanding feature request, this is actually ridiculous. The year 2022 is the earliest comment and 2019 is when this feature request was placed?!

All agreements using hint's electronic signatures need to be downloadable AS WELL AS include the electronic signature. Aside from the right to have an ability to download or print for our records, if there is ever a case when the patient wants proof OR a legal case in which it needs to be shared in full with an attorney this current system makes that impossible.

Telling us to just take a screenshot of the signature and a peek of the document associated with it is inadequate.

NEED THIS ASAP! Would cut down on redundant filing on office staff, redundant paperwork on patient, and would increase efficiency 10-fold. Please make this a feature, similar to doc-u-sign!

NEED! Keep losing disputes because signature is not on agreement.

This is so important to our company. If patients aren't able to see their signatures, they don't believe the contract for the membership is valid. Adding this would be a game changer for us.

Oh this is important! There needs to be a way to generate a PDF or something that documents the patient's e-signature information (timestamp, date, IP address, etc) because there is no way to prove they signed the forms except by taking a screenshot of the page in Hint where it says they were signed. There is no way of uploading to their chart any evidence of their signed consent forms.
