When creating or editing tables in a note, formatting options are very limited.
Current Issues:
Cannot adjust column widths or move borders like in Excel or Google Sheets.
Tables often take up more space than necessary and cannot be made more compact.
Lack of control makes organizing information in a note frustrating.
Proposed Solution:
Add table editing tools that allow:
Adjusting column widths by dragging borders.
Resizing the table for a more compact layout.
Consistent cell and border formatting.
Why This Matters:
Improves readability and organization of patient notes.
Allows providers to format clinical data in a way that’s easy to scan and reference.
Saves time by eliminating the need to format externally and paste back into the EHR.
