I tried to create a face sheet for a patient to include labs, office visit, allergies etc. and when I tried to PDF it, the pages are not aligning up correctly and seems looks very unprofessional and hard to decipher when one page ends and the other note begin, so that these documents we have to fax over to other providers look more professional. Each clinical note should start on a new page. Each document should start on a new page and not a run on like it is now showing
