Do not display an ended membership on a patient's Clinical chart

When a patient has both an active and ended membership, the patient's Clinical chart displays both the active and ended membership plan in the patient's demographics section on the Clinical chart. This is not clear on the Clinical side which plan is active and which has been ended.

+ 1000 on this. This is causing billing issues with our front staff and costing the clinic money. I've tried to explain to staff the magic-decoder ring (black ring = not an active member, green ring = member in good standing, red ring = member with past due billing, etc). Their response? "Well...why does it say 'Primary Care Membership' if they're not a member?" I'm right there with them. This is confusing.
At a glance, I want to know (and want staff to know) if the patient is a current member. That's the at-a-glance information we need dozens of times a day. Further details (behind on billing, current on billing, etc) can be looked up as it's needed.
This patient hasn't been a member since Feburary...yet it still says "Primary Care Membership" in their patient dashboard.
