Disable "Press 1 to Accept" Call Prompt for Call Forwarding

It's creating awkward moments on calls, since staff can't tell if the caller is still on the line while waiting for the prompt to be accepted.

You can now turn off the "announce the caller, press 1 to answer" prompt on any of your practice phone numbers, so your calls come through immediately. Caller ID stays on by default, so nothing changes unless you choose to turn it off.

The recent change to the Hint forwarding call feature ("unknown caller" announcement) is causing delays in answering the phone calls promptly. It is not needed and not helpful. Every new phone call is a new patient and first impressions with new clients are valuable. It would be more helpful to have the phone calls that forward come through visually with the patient's name rather than our company name.

The time between a person hitting the call button to contact us and finally hearing us answer, is now extended, unnecessarily. I feel that may lead to some impatient people hanging up before we answer.
And when answering? The time it takes to answer, listen to The prompt, press one and then repeat the greeting I use when answering? Is time wasted over the course of a day.
It's quite frustrating. Please make it go away?

Change in incoming phone call process (35430565)

Something has changed within the past month with incoming phone calls. Now,
when I answer an incoming call, I get some bot-prompt saying something like
“you have an incoming call.” Is there any way to nix this prompt? It doesn’t
add any value.

I agree 100%, we just want to talk with the caller and when the prompt goes away after pressing 1 then it's just air doesn't ring and we have to repeat again how we answer the phone. It also feels like an extra step and unnecessary. Would also like to disable the "Press 1" when calling out as well.
