If a patient signs up for Membership A they would be taken to redirect page A. If patient signs up for Membership B they would be taken to redirect page B.

You can now customize redirects and confirmations pages for individual sign up links. Just navigate to Admin->Online Signup->Signup Pages and click 'Customize Settings' on each individual link
