We schedule lab and ultrasound appointments with anyone of 4 different techs. The reminder reads "with (First Last)" but it doesn't make sense for us for the reminder to read WHO the appointment is with. We also add in other directions such as fasting time frame. Basically "This is (company name) reminding (patient name) of an appointment for (appointment type). Fasting is required within 8 hours" or "Remember to bring a list of current medications". I can think of a lot of use cases to customize this reminder.
