Customize patient SMS notifications to show the practice name instead of the staff member's name

When a practice user shares a chart item with a patient and chooses to notify them, the SMS currently reads "You have a message from [Hint user's name]." Request: allow practices to customize this notification text, or at minimum show the practice name instead (e.g., "You have a message from [Practice Name]") so patients see the practice rather than an individual staff member.
