Currently, you can only attach files to a fax from the practice files. Requesting the ability to attach files from the patient's files as this feature would be very useful. Files on patient's charts are saved in the patient's files section and not the practice files section.

I am not able to send files that are in the client's chart. I have to download them to my computer, then upload back into the fax in hint, then delete them from my computer, in order to send a fax. I am not able to search them. I typed to the exact letter what the file was that I wanted to send and it was not able to pull it up. It may be a search button issue. In general, I would love to chat more about the faxing portion. Thank you very much for all you do and all your work with this.

Quick update that we've made this change so now when you select a patient's name to add the fax to their chart, the option to "Select Practice Files in the Cloud" will now display all the files from that patient's files. This change also allows you to select a file attachment from anywhere in the File Drive, not only from the practice's root folder.
