When patient sees "Cancel Appointment" button, they also see "contact us at (phone number) to cancel your appointment" text below this, which creates more calls to the Clinic, as the patient believes they need to call the practice to cancel. Ability to remove this verbiage when "Cancel appointment" feature is enabled for the appointment type.
